What is the purpose of commitment?
Commitment creates a bond of mutual trust. It creates an understanding and obligation between two parties. It provides purpose and a pledge to uphold.

Everyday, I see so many people with a lot of potential but their low self-esteem and lack of confidence is getting in their way to success. It’s essential to accept yourself and believe in abilities to live your best life.

Now that you know what you want to pursue in life, it’s time to make an action plan for it.
 
Whether your goals are small or big, you need to be commit yourself to take massive action every single day without any excuses.
 
It starts with preparing your brain to passionately chase your dreams or whatever you are passionate about in life. You can begin by making a plan. Well, there are many planning tools out there to help you out. While making your action plan, make sure you customize it as per your needs and strengths.

You have to be able to measure your success. Set a goal that will require some sacrifice, focus and consistent work. But make sure your goal isn’t impossible.
 
Most people think about an amount of money that would make a significant difference per month.
 
However (and this is a BIG however), keep in mind that you are building a business, and that takes TIME. Don’t just “give it a try” or “see how it goes.”

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE CLEARING OF THE SOAK-AWAY?


THE LANDLORD OR THE TENANT'S? 

This is a question that many people have sent to my inbox and i want to address it now, once and for all. 

Under the Law, The landlord is expected to make sure that the property is in a habitable state for tenants to live in and The landlord also has the responsibility of ensuring that basic amenities are available and in order for tenants use. 

Soak away is one of the Basic Amenities of the the Landlord's Property, so therefore it is the Landlord's responsibility to make sure it is in good condition.

Either the Landlord stays in the compound or not.

The law does not care.

And refusal of the Landlord to put the Soak Away in order gives the Tenant the right to file a Suit against the Landlord to return the money they paid for Rent.

If the Landlord is found Guilty of the allegations, the Court will order him to return the tenants Rent in full

This also apply to repair of the house or fixing water pumping machine
