The future is happening right before your eyes and I desperately want you to be a part of it. I want to talk to you about YAMS. Most people think that you need to have a quarter of a million to become a yam tycoon but this is far from the truth!
So what is the truth about yams?
Here it is in surprisingly simple detail..
1. Those who planted yams last year are harvesting now. The yam festival was done last week just as we were welcoming the attendees of our MSII seminar.
2. One plot of land can plant around 300 yam seeds.
3. It takes just N1,500 or so to make 200 heaps for your yam seeds.
4. After your first year of planting, you do not need to purchasse yam seeds again
5. You can harvest your yams twice in a year (a process called milking) and generate income twice!
6. You can start a yam farm with as much as 600 stands with just N50k - N70k !!
7. At harvest, 3 averagely sized yam tubers can sell for N500 - that is a rough estimate of N100k in revenue.
8. From the second year of your farming, you can strategically increase the size of your farm with very reduced capital increase BECAUSE you will now have planting materials.
9. You can realistically grow ALL the yams you need in the year by yourself
10. Nigerians are smart and enterprising. I do not believe we will get to a point where yams will be useless INSTEAD, we will just find a way to export it or make flour from it !!
We will be giving some very serious discounts regarding production lands to ALL serious starting investors who will take up a minimum of 5acres of land for farming purpose.
One of our goal for 2019 is self food sufficiency. Trust me; with the plan we have on ground, we will be at self food sufficiency as a business by 2019 and you can achieve the same just by sailing our ship WHILE we handle the logistics and do the hard work!
