PAYMENT PLAN
The following shall be acceptable schedule
of installmental payment by a prospective Purchaser/Allottee/Sub-lessee:
a. 35% of the total cost is to be paid as
initial deposit/commitment fee;
b. 30% to be paid not later than three (3)
months after the initial deposit;
c. 20% to be paid not later than three (3)
months after the 2nd installment
d. 10% to be paid not later than three (3)
months after the 3rd installment.
e. The final 5% shall be paid within one
month after the 4th installment provided
However that: There shall be no handover of
possession of the purchased apartment until the completion of full payment of
the purchase price. Default of any installmental payment shall
attract a grace period of Four (4) weeks only to redeem the installment due.
A repeated default in honouring the
installmental payment shall not be allowed or entertained.
Apart from the grace period attached to a
single time default, second default and or subsequent default after the grace
period shall attract immediate sanction of outright forfeiture subject to
refund payment so far made by the defaulting purchaser/allottee.
The refund shall be limited to payment made
by the defaulting purchaser and or allottee without interest and subject to
deduction of verifiable cost that may be incurred by the project developer.

download and print the application form. Then call any of our numbers to
collect the form number (every form has just one number on it. 2 forms cannot
bear the same number. Your number is personal to you). You have not yet bought
a form until you have called to collect your form number. We have very limited
forms/numbers. Fill your form and submit either by scanning and sending it to
any of our email addresses or bringing a hard copy of the form to our
